Because the law requires confidentiality of your personal details, the Deposit Guarantee Fund has declared its electronic data processing procedures to the CNIL and complies with the law "Informatique, fichiers et libertés" (Data processing, files and freedom) dated 6 January 1978.

You are entitled in any event to exercise your rights of access, correction and challenge, or to contact us by e-mail to inform us of any error or omission on our part in connection with your personal details.

Does the Deposit Guarantee Fund keep my personal details confidential ?

Yes. The Deposit Guarantee Fund undertakes to use your email address only in order to reply to your request, and in no circumstances to divulge it to a third party. The Deposit Guarantee Fund shall not market or sell your email address.

What personal information is kept by the Deposit Guarantee Fund and for what purposes ?
The personal data requested on this site is sought only to ensure that the site operates properly and is not subject to any commercial action, with the exception of emails sent specifically for this purpose.

The audit file of the server
This is the consultation log of the server. It contains your IP address for each page you access. Its operation is described on the website of the CNIL, under the heading "découvrez vos traces sur Internet" (find out your internet trails).

The Deposit Guarantee Fund may use this file to produce anonymous frequency statistics. The IP addresses that appear in this audit file are not processed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund. Only aggregated and anonymous data are processed.
